What we collect
- Account info: email, name, profile picture (if you sign in with Google).
- Conversation content you submit (screenshots, pasted text, chat with the AI coach).
- Usage data: which features you use, daily limits, basic analytics events.
- Billing data handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.
How we use it
- To run the Service: process your messages and return AI coaching responses.
- To keep your account working: authentication, billing, support.
- To improve Wingman: aggregated, de-identified usage analytics.
- We do not sell your data. We do not train public AI models on your conversations.
Who we share with
Trusted infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase, Stripe, the AI model providers) strictly to operate the Service. They process data on our behalf under contract.
Retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. Conversation data is retained to give you history; you can delete it from the app at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or billing reasons.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data. Email us and we will help.
Children
Wingman is for adults (18+). It is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Database access is restricted with row-level security. No system is perfectly secure — use a strong, unique password.
Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change. The "last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
