Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Wingman (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What Wingman is

Wingman is an AI-assisted communication and coaching tool. It is not therapy, legal advice, medical advice, or a substitute for a qualified professional. Use your own judgment.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Wingman. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Wingman to harass, deceive, stalk, manipulate minors, or harm anyone. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal — access continues until the end of the current period. We don't offer refunds for partial periods.

7. Content

You own the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service (e.g. send your screenshot to the AI model and return a result).

8. AI output

AI responses can be wrong, biased, or unsuitable. You're responsible for what you send to other people. Wingman is a coaching tool, not a guarantee.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
